deskcrest provides a configurable WhatsApp assistant on behalf of the businesses that engage us. This policy explains what data we process and why.
What we collect
WhatsApp message content and metadata exchanged between your customers and your assistant, knowledge base documents you upload, and account information for your team.
Retention
Message bodies are retained for 90 days for support and quality purposes, after which they are purged; message metadata (timestamps, counts) is retained for reporting.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to run the assistant (hosting, AI inference, file storage) and is never sold.
