Scope of service
deskcrest configures and hosts a WhatsApp assistant for your business per the plan and scope agreed in your written agreement. The assistant answers enquiries, checks availability, and captures leads — it does not process payments or confirm bookings on its own.
WhatsApp message costs
Meta's per-conversation message charges are passed through to you at cost, billed alongside your monthly retainer.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is collected before build work begins and is non-refundable once work has started.
